CCAFS Side Event: Climate-Smart Agriculture for Food Security

Tackling the food security problem in an era of climate change calls for the transition to a new paradigm of climate-smart agriculture: addressing together the three challenges of climate change adaptation, mitigation and food security. This side event will look at key examples of concrete country needs and good practices in climate-smart agriculture with potential for up-scaling. Bonn, Germany, June 10th, 2011.
