Co-investment for Watershed Conservation in Pasuruan District of East Java – Indonesia

Building upon the success of the pilot project of payment for environmental services scheme in the Rejoso Watershed of East Java, Indonesia, this workshop brings together the Pasuruan District Watershed Forum (FDP) with Jakarta-based high-level decisions makers of the business sectors operating in Pasuruan District area.

The Pasuruan District Watershed Forum is mandated by the Pasuruan Regent to coordinate integrated conservation management in the nine watersheds in the regency. Better understanding on the critical condition of the watersheds and the urgent conservation actions required is expected to institute a stronger commitment from the private sectors to take more active roles in conservation projects.

Attendance is by invitation
