As part of the plenary titled ‘Growing the momentum for agroecological transformation to resilient food systems’, hosted at ‘GLF Climate: Forests, Food and Finance – Frontiers of Change’ conference on 6 November 2021, Fergus Sinclair, Chief Scientist at CIFOR – ICRAF and Co-convenor of the Transformative Partnership Platform on Agroecology (TPP), held an interview with HE Gotabaya Rajapakse, the President of Sri Lanka, to discuss the challenges of implementing bold policy reforms to promote agroecological transition at the national level.
