Bernard Crabbé

Agricultural Engineer (UCL) with post-graduate degree in irrigation and water resource management. Over 20 years of experience in development cooperation, particularly on agriculture, rural development, environment and natural resources management. He has worked in Mali, Laos, Madagascar, Ecuador, Uganda, Sénégal and Belgium, in the field, in diplomatic missions and in headquarters, successively for the United Nations, the Belgian Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the European Commission.
