Birhanu Zemadim Birhanu

Dr. Birhanu is a land and water management scientist in ICRISAT. His research work focuses on land and water management technologies to improve agricultural productivity and maintain the health of the natural ecosystem. Through several donor-funded projects in Mali, Niger, Ethiopia and Tanzania, Birhanu has led a team of scientists and institutes to work on sustainable intensification and scaling best-bet technologies.
