Desmond Koney is the CEO of Complete Farmer Limited and a mechanical engineer by training. Desmond has a passion for solving some of humanity’s greatest challenges. After his engineering degree using his in depth understanding of product design and engineering he focused on developing design solutions to solve Africa’s infrastructure problems. With a firm belief that better products improve livelihood with a contrarian and pragmatic approach. He has been working with his team to explore models and innovation on answering the primary question of “how do we build farms to operate like factories in Africa.”
