Isabel Mesquita

Isabel Mesquita is from São Paulo, Brazil, and has a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Social Sciences. Since 2012, she has been working in Brazilian non-governmental organizations with projects related to preserving the Amazon and promoting its sustainable development, to the guarantee of climate balance and in support of indigenous rights defense. Over these years, she worked in institutions like IPAM and Iepé in collaboration with indigenous organizations from the Brazilian Amazon.
