SESSION

Opening of Science week

Fergus Sinclair, the Chief Scientist of CIFOR-ICRAF, will open the Science Week with introductory remarks to the partners attending Partner’s Day. He will also provide a brief explanation of the morning sessions to his CIFOR-ICRAF colleagues attending Science Week in Nairobi and other parts of the world. Additionally, he will provide insights into the significance of CIFOR-ICRAF’s research and development works in forests and agroforestry, globally and in Indonesia, including the two subsequent sessions on Trade and EU Deforestation-free regulation and Landscape restoration.
