Non-climatic stresses can include povertyunequal access to resourcesfood securityenvironmental degradation and risks from natural hazards[20.320.420.7Chapter17Section 17.3.3].Climate change itself can in some placesproduce its own set of multiple stresses; total vulnerability to climate changeper seis greater than the sum of vulnerabilities to specific impacts in these cases.
