Global Updates on Forests and Climate Change

International speakers give global updates on forests and climate change at Forest Day 5, on the sidelines of the UNFCCCC COP17 in Durban, South Africa. The session is moderated by the BBC's Richard Black, and includes presentations by Caroline Spelman (UK's Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) and Rachel Kyte (World Bank's Vice President of Sustainable Development). Tony La Vina gives an update on the UNFCCCC negotations and Odigha Odigha gives an update from the Governors' Climate and Forests Task Force.
