Edel Nazaré de Moraes

Belongs to the traditional extractive community of the São João Agro-extractive Settlement Project in Curralinho – Marajó, PA. Popular Educator with a Master Degree in Sustainable Development with Traditional Peoples and Territories (UNB / MESPT). Current vice-president of the Chico Mendes Memorial and former vice-president of the National Council of Extractivist Populations for two consecutive mandates. Edel is a pedagogue and Specialist in Rural Education from the Federal University of Pará.
